The following terms govern all interactions within the VeltrixScope environment. By accessing our enterprise intelligence portal, you acknowledge your alignment with these protocols.
01 / Service Boundaries
VeltrixScope provides strategic analytical visibility through high-fidelity data observation. Our services are tailored for established businesses in Bangladesh requiring deep structural intelligence.
Access to our portal is restricted to authorized enterprise representatives. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued for the purpose of intelligence intake or reporting.
All strategic intelligence outputs remain subject to the specific verification parameters defined in our Enterprise Verification framework. We reserve the right to modify or terminate access to specific analytical tools without prior notice to ensure system integrity.
02 / Intellectual Assets
The VeltrixScope Analytic Framework, including all proprietary methodologies, visual structures, and reporting software, is the exclusive property of VeltrixScope.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and utilize the generated reports for internal decision-making processes only.

Reverse engineering our analytical models or attempting to scrape data from the portal is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service.
03 / Liability Scope
Analytical intelligence is a tool for decision-making, not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice.
VeltrixScope shall not be held liable for commercial decisions made based on strategic intelligence findings. While we strive for absolute baseline accuracy through our triple-point verification process, we do not guarantee specific financial results or market outcomes. Our liability is strictly limited to the direct fees paid for the specific analytical reporting service in question.

Operational Continuity
VeltrixScope operates under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. All data processing and intelligence handling comply with local data protection expectations.
Data Utilization
We collect only the metrics necessary for structural intelligence mapping. User data is never sold or used for tertiary marketing. Our focus remains strictly on enterprise analytics visibility.
Payment Protocols
Consultation and analytical reporting fees are invoiced according to the engagement scope. Payments are due within 15 business days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in the suspension of portal access.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate the analytical engagement with 30 days written notice. Intellectual property clauses survive termination for a period of ten years to protect algorithmic frameworks.
